ToolsXChange: Day 4 of 5!

The highlight of day was the project celebration with the ToolsXChange Show Time. Each of the four teams- The Sunshine, Aha moment, Great Grapes Family and the Explorers made an elevator pitch, demonstrating their teamwork, creativity, project vision to address challenges in our communities.

The morning began with the teams actively worked on developing Step 5 (project planning) & 6 (Tell Everyone) of the ToolsxChangemakers action plan, defining next steps, clarify responsibilities, and establish timelines to support project implementation. In parallel, teams focused on their creative sides, generating project names, brand concepts, and initial identity elements.

In addition to a morning packed with collaborative activities, the Hungarians treated us during Coffee Break with tasting of local snacks, sweets and bread and salami.

During the afternoon session, each teams finalised their 3-minute elevator pitches for the evening showcase. The event was organised by volunteers that did an amazing preparation, the MCs Nika & Duarte set the stage and created a lively atmosphere. Teams received feedback on their pitches and peers voted on the project’s sustainability, communication and feasibility.  Another addition to the night, Rakhi’s shared experiences in Bhutan, bringing the spirit of entrepreneurship: joining forces with happiness and peace education for a renewed purpose to education.

Making the most of rainy weather that changed plans to hike, Catalin led a much-appreciated workshop on emotions- this helped us all understanding and acknowledging feelings through peer sharing and theatral expression.

As we wrap up, the teams look to unwind with a  relaxing evening that is also celebrating new friendships.
