Connect your organization with a new generation of Changemakers through a youth-centered program that amplifies your strategy, strengthens your values, and drives your purpose forward.
Our Challenge Program builds meaningful bridges between young people, organizations, and their communities.

The Challenge Program is a hands-on learning experience where young people design and launch social impact projects to tackle real challenges in their communities — supported throughout the journey by engaged adult volunteers.
Over the course of 4 months, participants go through a structured process that includes 3 key stages:

1. Hackathon
We begin with a high-energy innovation sprint where youth teams explore local challenges and generate creative solutions.

2. Online learning
Through our digital platform, teams receive training and guidance to shape their ideas into actionable, meaningful projects — supported by mentors and real-world tools.

3. Project Fair
We wrap up with a celebration where teams pitch their projects to the community, share what they’ve learned, and get recognition for their hard work.
This is what some of the customized Challenge programs look like!

Our program follows the 7 steps of
our Changemaker Process methodology.
A practical blend of innovation, human-centered design, social entrepreneurship, and systems change tools and frameworks. In just 7 steps, youth teams are empowered to co-create solutions to local challenges.
