TOOLSxCHANGE is a five-day training course designed to strengthen the skills of youth workers through capacity building in innovative methodologies and the exchange of best practices.
 

The programme focuses on the Changemaker Process methodology and tools by .jes, facilitation skills, and programme implementation, enabling participants to transfer this knowledge to their local contexts and develop their own Changemaker programmes.

The learning experience is intentionally designed to foster a peer-based community of practice, where committed facilitators learn from and support one another in their everyday work.
