ToolsXChange: Day 4 of 5!
The highlight of day was the project celebration with the ToolsXChange Show Time. Each of the four teams- The Sunshine, Aha moment, Great Grapes Family and the Explorers made an elevator pitch, demonstrating their teamwork, creativity, project vision to address challenges in our communities. ToolsXChange: Day 3 of 5!
In the morning, the group woken up with a beautiful white view. After breakfast, then the group got together in the main building and started brainstorming how to creatively solve the problems that we discussed yesterday. We were discovering ways and solutions to implement our project in the targeted Community (when?, where?, How?, Which activities?). To finish this morning, the whole group got together to reflect about the activities of the day.


ToolsXChange: Day 2 of 5!
Tuesday started asking about how confident we feel in identifying and understanding challenges in our communities. This led to a group and small group conversations around the challenges we find. Three steps were given: global challenges, local challenges and systemic thinking. ToolsXChange: Day 1 of 5!
We opened the day meeting each other through ice-breaking activities, learning our names and introducing ourselves. Then we organized the umbrella teams: the groups we will be working with throughout the training. In total, we formed four teams: Sunflower, Explorers, Great Grape Group, and Aha.
